Dr. Raji currently serves as an Assistant Professor (Contract) at the School of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, Mahatma Gandhi University. She has M.Sc. in Biochemistry in 2003 from Department of Biochemistry, University of Kerala, and completed her Ph.D. in 2012 from the Department under the guidance of Prof. Annie Abraham. Then she joined the International and Inter University Centre for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, Mahatma Gandhi University as Assistant Professor in the DBT Builder program for 5 years. In 2018, she has awarded D.S. Kothari Postdoctoral Fellowship and worked at IIUCNN till April 2022. She has got a visiting Fellowship in a European Union Project and visited Siberian Federal University, Russia for one month. She has many publications in International peer-reviewed journals and presented her research in various National and International platforms. Dr. Raji’s research interests focused on the development of nanostructured materials for various biomedical applications including cancer therapy, early-stage diagnosis of cancer markers and tissue engineeringusingnanoscaffolds.
